At Creative Landscaping we understand that our customers have varying needs based on their residence. So, we price our services based upon multiple factors such as location, duration, and technicality of the service required.

Sprinkler Service Agreement Plans are available for the summer season which are agreements that are limited to a select group of our clients that include the following benefits:

Available to select customers as of now.

Preferred Service when scheduling appointments.
o Turning on the system in the Spring, setting the controller for operation, and cleaning /adjusting all sprinkler heads.
o Mid-Season Check-Up to include controller adjustment, cleaning / adjusting all heads to accommodate for plant growth.
o Annual Backflow Test (One Device only) as required by Local Water Department.
o Winterizing the system in the fall with an air compressor and setting the controller to off position.
o Discount of 10% of standard rate on any parts needed for repair and/or replacement.
o Under this package, Cow Bay shall provide unlimited service calls (up to ½ hr. only) during the contract period. Clock adjustments or head adjustments shall be performed at no charge. Replacement of worn or broken parts shall be charged at current prices, including 10% discount. Labor beyond the initial ½ hour shall be invoiced at current service rates.
